To participate in this service you must be in good standing with Logue Library, without any overdue or lost items.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do I need to include in my request?
Requests should have citations that are as complete as possible. Chestnut Hill College students, faculty and staff should use their CHC email address as the contact for themselves.
How long will it take?
Normal delivery time for books can take up to and around 14 business days. Articles are almost always emailed, so they usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Is there a cost?
No, this free service is for CHC students, faculty, staff, and Sisters of Saint Joseph. An exception to this is if we cannot find a lending library that does not charge. We will ask you in advance if you are willing to pay any fees to obtain it. We will also ask in advance if any international postage fees would be needed.

No, there are no fines. Please be sure to return ILL materials before or on their due dates to the library Circulation Desk. Charges will be accessed if books are lost or damaged.
May I order a video, DVD or tape through ILL?
